For years, Chef Ryan Ratino dreamed of opening a restaurant in Winter Park a vision that first took shape while he was still in culinary school. Drawn to the charm and creativity of the area, he imagined a place that would bring his passion for innovation and craftsmanship to life.

 

In 2024 that dream has become a reality, Hive Hospitality opened their first offshoot of D.C.’s acclaimed Jônt in the Winter Park neighborhood of Orlando, FL. Like Jônt, Ômo offers an intimate 16-seat, "experiential" French-Japanese tasting menu concept, taking place in three separate dining salons.
