In 2024, Hive Hospitality opened their first offshoot of D.C.’s acclaimed Jônt in the Winter Park neighborhood of Orlando, FL. Like Jônt, Ômo offers an intimate 16-seat, "experiential" French-Japanese tasting menu concept, taking place in three separate dining salons.
