Chef Ryan Ratino is the Executive Chef and visionary behind Hive Hospitality’s concepts. He is one of the youngest chefs in America to hold a two-starred Michelin restaurant and two Michelin starred concepts under the same roof. Ryan won the Michelin Young Chef award for 2023.

Jhonatan is a seasoned operator with over 15 years of experience in the luxury market leading multi- Michelin starred concepts. He started his career in award- winning hotels to later join chef Jose Andres for 8 years as an integral part of his flagship, minibar & barmini.

Brendan is a highly accomplished chef with a proven track record. He led the kitchens of Bresca and Jônt to earn their Michelin Star ratings, and currently leads the culinary department across all concepts within Hive Hospitality and serves as our lead for new business design and development.
